I thought there were different times that the shuttle left from camp and I thought it returned to Direct Engery but maybe it goes to both. This is maybe a question that you should phone the coaches about.

Can you not find the info on the web site or is it just that there will be a shuttle?

On the event guide it states the following:

1-Day Walker Shuttle Option
Shuttle departs at 8pm from Camp to Direct Energy Centre.
Encourage your friends and family to come join you as you
take the final steps of your amazing journey between 3:00pm
7:00pm. Please note that parking will be very limited on the site

The Event Guide says the shuttle bus leaves from Downsview Tent City to Direct Energy building (CNE) at 8pm. My teammate forgot to register for this Day 1 shuttle, does anyone know if I can book her at this point or they are relaxed about access to the shuttle as long as participants have their credentials?
