Hi, this is my first year walking and I am wondering what the parking situation is like. I think it is at Downsview Park where we camp, but I don't know any details. Where does the walk start? If not at Downsview, how do we get there from parking?
Actually we leave from the Direct Engery Center at the the ex and weekend parking is available there. We walk from the Ex up to Downsview Park and camp over or catch a cab to a hotel if that is where you are staying. For those that are only walking one day there are buses at Downsview that will take you back to the Direct Engery. Also for those that staying at the host hotel Friday night there is parking there with a shuttle to the Direct Engery Saturday morning.
