Didn't we have around 4,200 last year? If so, that is truly amazing! I just registered my daughter, she's 16, to crew at the breakfasts and dinner. She is in for such a wonderful experience
My daughter Carly is 14, and she can hardly wait to walk with me. This year she'll once again be helping out at the Think Pink Direct table at Pit stop #3 on Day 1, hosted by Trade Secrets. Please make sure to drop by and say hello.
It's a lot of people registered, probably 10% of them didn't fundraise, so that is taken into account, and about 1000 are one day walkers. Still I think the number is great. They will announce Sat. morning how many actual walkers there are.
Wow! That is a great number! You're right, though, probably quite a few who will not make it to the walk. It will be fun to hear the number on Saturday morning. Only 7 more sleeps!
Just wanted to let you know, if your son(s) or daughter(s) volunteer to crew or help out during the weekend, make sure you get the team coach/leader to fill in their hours for the mandatory community service that is required prior to graduation. Its a great way to get the hours and help out at the same time!
