Anyone want a tag-along?

Hi all,

This is my fourth walk (I took a few years off) and my teammates have all since given up on walking.  I would love to have someone, or a team, to tag along with for the walk.  It's a long weekend if you are walking all by yourself (I did that my first year), so I would love to connect with someone else who needs a buddy! 

Anyone need someone to walk with?  I live in Ajax, but would be happy to connect with folks from anywhere.  I am 30 and I walk at a reasonably fast pace (I am not an energizer bunny... I am in it for the experience, not to be the first at each pit stop)

If there's anyone out there who'd be willing to accept a tag-along, I would be delighted to be your walk buddy!  I am doing the full 2 days.

This is my 6th walk and most people on my team walk too quickly for me. So , if you are still looking for a walking buddy and would put up with a 5.5km/hour walker, just let me know and we can arrange to meet on the Saturday morning. I too am a single after a couple of years of having a team.  I would love some company.  I am a fairly fast walker and hope to be towards the front of the pack.  If for no reason other than shorter line ups at the santuaries :)

Hi Sara,
This is my first walk and I too am walking it alone.  I would LOVE to have somebody to walk with too.  I was a little concerned about having to go at it alone.

Yay!  I am thrilled you responded.  This is going to be a great walk! 

Jodi - if you want to provide me with an email address I can reach you on, I will add all three of you to an email and we can coordinate some details! The more the merrier... and that way if two of us are faster than two others we can naturally spread out and walk at a pace that is comfortable for us. biggrin

I too will be walking alone. This is my 3rd year Friends have all gone in different directions and charities. Iam an average walker and also older (48) We can all coordinate and meet up My email address is glenda1961@hotmail.com Thanks in advance and have a wonderful day.
