FREE items for fundraising

Hi everyone,I work at The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, where we have some discontinued inventory of renowned PMH oncologist Dr. Robert Buckmans book, Cancer is a word, not a sentence (see http://www.drbuckman.com/), as well as some cancer ribbon quilts (see http://www.companystore.ca/pmhf/default.aspx for a picture). The books are valued at $20 (a little less online) and the quilts at $150.

If you can avail of these items (completely FREE of charge) to help with your Weekend fundraising through raffles, silent auctions, etc., you are welcome to pick them up here at my office at 700 University Avenue (10th floor). Since quantities are limited, this is on a first come, first served basis. I cannot mail or courier any items; they must be picked up. (Please note our office is open every day from 9 am to 5 pm, but will be closed June 24 and 25 and July 1). 

If you would like these free items, please email me ASAP at christine.anderson@pmhf.ca with (1) requested quantities of each item, and (2) pick-up date/time.

Wow Christine, that is a very very generous offer!  I have just sent you an email (sarascancerwalk at gmail dot com), but you mentioned that your offices are closed today and tomorrow.

I would be able to come by Monday morning, or anytime after that.

I'm sure I speak for many when I say we really appreciate your generosity!
