When you sign up, I believe they ask for your shirt size for a rough estimate of what sizes they'll need for closing ceremonies.

As for the shirt you get with orientation/Get in Step Sessions; yes, you'll have to attend one of those designated meetings to pick one of those up.

OR if you work downtown, you could always stop by the office to pick one up.
