My friend and I have just finished the online check-in but are having trouble with the tent assignment part. We both have completed the delayed self pledge as we are close but not at goal yet. Is anyone else out there experience this problem or have any suggestions? Also we were not able to print out our confirmation as we don't have a printer...do we need this?
Yes, if you call the office, they need to manually correct it, as there's something in their computer program that doesn't recognize the delayed self pledge thingy.
I just got off the phone with 'Katie' and was told they'll sort it out Saturday morning. :) so much for avoiding the lineups by using online check-in. oh well.
