I haven't walked in a few years, but the last time I walked I don't think I spent any money at all. It will depend on whether you want to have wine at camp and whether you will be making any personal purchases along the route. Randy will be there at lunch on day 1, so if you want to buy items from her you will need money for that.
I'm planning to bring some cash and my Visa.
Hope that helps!

Nicole is right...it all depends on the person. I have never spent money along route but my teamates sometimes go and get coffee (especially day two) along route.
I would normally carry like $10-$20 - just to have something and my debt card but nothing is mandatory.

If you are interested in getting anything from my Think Pink table, then cheques or cash are the only method of payment that I can take

to give you an idea of what I will be bringing and pricing, here you go

Hats & visors $10
technical hat $15
BPA free plastic water bottle $5
stainless steel waterbottle $10
rain poncho $5
pins $5 or less
bracelets $10-15
key chains $5 or less
pens $5 or less
flip flops $10
bandannas $5
hand sanitizers $5
lanyards $5 or less
silicone bands/buttons/emery boards $2
+++ more

I have found out today, that Trade Secrets is actually providing me with my own tent to set up right beside the pit stop, so please drop by, it's going to be a blast!!!

thanks Randy!
This is my first time walking and I am doing the 2 day.  I am coming from Huntsville, ON and am coming alone.  I don't know anyone walking personally, but I hope to come out with some friends.  Hoping for good weather.

Hey Mandi!

Don't worry, you'll make loads of friends this weekend.

If you don't hook up with anyone Saturday morning, look for the "Trekkers 4 Ta-tas" sign close to the registration area around 6:45am. The more the merrier!

Ashley, Randy - any idea as to what the wine will cost? I'm going to need a big glass! ;o)

Last year, you were able to get wine and beer for free (I think one or two glasses) if they're serving more to us, and we have to purchase it - then I have no idea how much it'll cost.

?!?

ah sweet! awesome...

not that I'm planning on getting all wined up, but a glass or two will certainly help me relax more! :)
