I cannot believe it. Last night I was walking home from work and realized that we're a week away from being ONE MONTH from walking our feet (and hearts) out!
Man, time had really gone by fast this year.

I hope you're all ready for this big, amazing, life changing event!

I cannot wait :)

p.s message board members - are we going to do the green ribbon again this year?
(for those of you who don't remember or haven't heard of the green ribbon before - message board members will wear green ribbon - everywhere and anywhere - on the days of the walk so other members will - hopefully - stop, introduce themselves and chat a little).

Geez, only a month away. I'm glad I got a 20km walk in last weekend. :) Now back to 2 10kms a week to get ready.

I was actually surprised at the coincident last year of standing right behind you during the opening ceremonies Ashley. I actually realized it was you by your team shirt (and of course your name on the shirt) lol

I'll try to remember to get a green ribbon, but for anyone on here, I think you may notice my hair way before you notice a green ribbon. My hair will be just like it is in my avatar picture. (except this year the pink dye is going to be much more flourescent) I might also have the ribbon looking 3D by having someone shave it differently for me. I haven't looked in that part yet.) :)

I know Noreen - I was shocked too. But happy to have met someone from the boards, so early in the weekend.
I loved how I wrote my name on my shirt last year... I might have to do something like that again this year - like you said, someone would see that way before they see my green ribbon (which is still on my shoes ).

Less than a month!!!
