Hi I have done the online check-in for my daughtger and myself. We had to do a delayed payment cause we had a late fundraiser. It will not allow me to get a tent cause it says goal not met. Anyone know what I do next Thanks
The same happened to me yesterday. I thought once you did the delayed payment it was the same as reaching your fundraising goal for registerstration purposes. I'm guessing it won't work for getting credentials mailed either. I was hoping to avoid the line-up on Saturday am
I called the Weekend yesterday about this problem. Apparently there was a glitch and the check-in wasn't recognizing the delayed self-payment(DSL). If it still doesn't work call them and they will change it while you're on the phone. Then you just log out and back in and it'll work like a charm. Good luck.
