No, I haven't heard of this - yet.
But usually it gets posted or emailed to us closer to the walk - but if you are unsure, I'd just call the office :)

Thanks Ashley. I did call the office today and they said August 14th. I think I'll make my cutoff a week earlier to be on the safe side.

Sorry, I'm a newb hahaha, is that cut off date just to ensure that it will be posted to the acct before the day of the walk?

That's right. After that date, unless it's changed, just bring the cheques with you and they will credit you then. You'll receive an e-mail about the online day zero and they will confirm this.
