Mailed Tax Receipts vs emailed ones

Can anyone tell me how I enter a donation so that the tax receipt will be mailed to the person instead of being emailed. I am putting in the donation for this person, but do now have an email address for them. I know there was a way to do it but I can't remember how I did it last year. I am just dividing up the profits from our golf tournament. We made just over $18,000.00 so that means that our whole team of 9 girls (Elda's Angels) will be able to walk. Yippee! Now for the training, although I did walk about 65 km over 3 days in Spain in May (my husband did 125 km in 5 days), but I had to stop because of so many blisters on the bottoms of my feet (hubby says I didn't break my hiking boots in enough on natural terrain - used the treadmill a lot). I also carried an 18 lb backpack so this should be a breeze this time around.

That's great ! For the tax receipts - in the e-mail box put the persons' name@endcancer.ca. It triggers something and they will mail the receipt.I had to call about it again this year too.

Thanks Donna. I knew it was something fairly simple. I will do that tonight.

Thanks Ashley. It is so much of a relief that we have our minimum balances so we aren't pressured to be nearing the ned and still not having enough money raised. That was our second golf tournament - this is our third year walking and I think with these proceeds so far this year in the 3 yrs we have raised a little over $116,000.00 which we are very proud of - nothing like some of the top fundraisers, but good on our part. I am looking forward to the walk - hope the weather is better than last year.

And I know exactly what you mean about reaching your goal, and feeling relieved. :)
