I just wanted to share some pictures i recently had done by my very talented cousin. My grandmother had just been diagnosed for the 4th time (yes you read that right...4th time) with breast cancer and i decided I wanted to do some really nice pictures. Anyways here are just a few i had done, Please let me know what you think. Feedback is always appreciated!
Oh my goodness she is soo strong. I am doing this walk for her...but also so that one day Brooklyn will never have to worry about this...And thank you very much, She is my best friend, my strength and drive in life.
So beautiful. The pisctures speak volumes I too will keep your Grandmother in my thoughts and prayers as I walk. I walk because of my grandmother who was diagnosed when i was 3...(the first time she was diagnosed... she was in er 40's ) She had a radical masectomy and then at the age of 66 she was rediagnosed and underwent a 2nd masectomy but sadly she passed away in july of 79, 4months after her 67th birthday. Far to young ....if you aske me.... she still had many wonderful years ahead of her.... She died just b4 my daughter was born.... in Nov. and I often wish they could have met. My grandma lived in our home with my family when i was growing up...for 25yrs..so to loose her was a blow. That why i walk ...that why I started walking....I believe she guided me to this event....i really do.... Hugs and many prayers. Landis (Team Captain of THE BOOBIE DOOBIE DOOS)
