City Line will be airing a special on March 17th at 9 am and 3 pm. The entire show was dedicated to The Weekend to End Breast Cancer.
They higlighted past walks, walkers, survivors and products to assist during and after chemo.
The show will be amazing, the audience was completely comprised of walkers and Dr. Buckman was one of the speakers highlighting the difference this year in regards to the walk.
If you can find the time to watch it or tape it I highly recommend it.

I just watched the City TV one last night. I forgot I had taped it. My friend and teammate Vera was in it for a quick snippet. lol. I'm looking foward to seeing the City Line one. :)
I've been trying to find it (if I still have it) but I did have a 1 hour documentary sort of thing that was aired I think in 2003 about the walk. My Mom had taped it, and I don't know if I gave it back to her or not. It was really good.
It's nice to watch these things to get you going!

Noreen; You're probably thinking of Don't Stand Still, a 2 hour documentary made by W Network on the 2004 Toronto event. They followed a few walkers in different age groups who were survivors and 3 sisters who had lost their mum to breast cancer. It was excellent.
One of the women they followed, Joanna Daquano, was the daughter-in-law of one of my close friends. Joanne died the day after the 2006 walk and W re-aired the documentary shortly afterwards with a tag line in Joanne's memory.
Phyrne, Yes, that's the one! My friend Nancy was just starting her chemo treatments when my Mom taped it for me to watch. It was a great documentary! I'm so sorry to hear about Joanna. I'm hoping I can find my copy so I can watch it again.
