It's great to be here as this is going to me my first year walking*. I think it is a great event and I am so excited to be apart of it. With that being said, I'd love to get started on my fundraising - but I need some help, Please.
When I go to edit my personal page it shows my changes in the preview, and so I click save. Then I get the message saying that my changes have been saved successfully. . however when I go to view my page it is still the original, standard template that was there to begin with
It's starting to get a little frustrating. I never have to retype my text, it's all there when i hit edit, but nothing gets put up on my personal page. Perhaps there is an amount of time you have to wait before it gets loaded? Is it normal to take a while, or has this happened to anyone else?
Any help on this would be great, also where can I find my participant number? I really want to print some of those business cards for people at work :$ I apologize for all my questions, these are probably such simple things to do.
Go to personal page and you will see print out form, it wil come up with your name and num and if you print and need more photo copy. As for changing page I went to mine and tried but was having problems and know have changed before so call office Tue if can't change. Good Luck Terry
I actually called the office today and she said that it's a problem they've been having since about thursday. . so I guess us newbies just missed the cut lol!
She is going to call me when its been cleared up and I will post here immediately after I am told everything's working just incase I find out it works before you :)
