For the past three years I have done Casino fundraisers. I have always gone to Casino Rama. They want you there for 5 hrs and pick you up and drop you off too - sometimes they also allow you to have two pick up and drop off locations. They expect you to fill a bus, I think it's around 43 people and if that is the case, the bus is free. If you have 42 people then it's $5 a person and if you have 30 something people, then it's $10 a person.
I've always charged $20 and so you are covered if you have to pay anything for people not showing up the day of. I would also suggest getting money from people before the day of. All you have to do is go on the Casino's webpage and look up the bus company you have to go through (closest to your area of living) and they'll walk you throug hthe process.
On the bus, I also have raffle tickets for various prizes - more money for your fundraiser :)

Thanks for the info Ashley and Joesph. I have been trying since 2005 to do a Casino Trip but every year something happens. Hopefully this year will be different.

Ashley are you going to be planning another Casino Trip this year?
