I got on the elliptical this weekend...

and found out that training for a 60K walk is worth nothing on the elliptical... phew, gonna take me some time to build up endurance for that thing.

I know how you feel Julie.

I shoved my foot into a running shoe the Wednesday following the Weekend and boy was I 'out of shape'. haha  (Mostly because I did something to my knee during the walk).
But I've keeping up with it and hoping it'll pass.
