Hi all,

Another successful walk under our feet!!

For those of you who have signed up for 2011, make sure you go onto your 2010 participation page, and click on MAKE CAMPAIGN PRIVATE (found within the box labelled TENTMATE SELECTION, at the bottom it'll say "UPDATE PERSONAL URL " click on MAKE MY CAMPAIGN PRIVATE).  That way people who want to donate to you, will do it on your 2011 page (as they won't be able to search you on Toronto's 2010 page).

Hey Ashley,

I cheered and waited and cheered and waited for you and Louise to come in, but really had to go and sit and stretch out a bit. It seems that while I was taking 5 minutes to do that, that's when you all came in!!!

I asked my hubby Dave to video you guys coming in, which he did do. I was going to see if you want me to post it on FB. I'll check with Louise too, I just don't have access to FB here at work.

Thanks for the tip - I just went in and changed mine.

This was my first year walking and I had a great time. Already signed up for next year and hopefully recruiting a few others to come along too! :)

Does anyone know how I can change the URL to my 2011 page? I had plastered my 2010 site everywhere, and it was so much easier for people to remember with my name in the URL rather than a bunch of letters and numbers.

No worries Noreen.  It was a long wait for sure.

And I think the team would love it if we could see us entering/crossing the finish line!

I think you can delete your 2010 URL and then add the same one as your 2011 (if you don't delete your old one, they won't allow you to use the same one, they'll say "it's already taken").

try that.

Or just create a new URL with your first initial and last name.

(this also happens on your participation page).

When my new page goes up, I make my old URL Leigh2 so I can make my new one Leigh.
