Calling all walkers, crew, volunteers, donors, supporters and friends of The Weekend!!
Everyone is invited to join us at The Princess Margaret on Saturday, February 27 for a fun and informative afternoon of socializing, celebrating, and lots of surprises! We'll also congratulate our top fundraisers and teams from 2009, as well as our dedicated repeat walkers and volunteers.
Dr. Tak Mak will share with you the progress being made at The Campbell Family Institute at The Princess Margaret, and Dr. Marcus Bernardini will speak about the latest advances in gynecologic oncology. Walker and breast cancer survivor Veronica VanRooyen will share her story about why she walks. Mingle with new and old friends as well as doctors and researchers over light refreshments. Bring your friends and family - all are welcome, whether you've walked for years, are thinking about walking again, or are considering joining us for the first time in 2010. All attendees will receive a goody bag as a token of appreciation.
