tent assignment email

Anyone else not get their tent assignment email?  I noticed on my participant page that a tent mate had been assigned to me, but now it's gone and I don't know my tent # to put on my luggage tag.

Just wondering if someone knows where else to look online.  I called the coaches, but there's no one there yet.

They told me we would receive it last night or today. I got mine last night. They are only open until 3ish today so if you haven't heard by 12 I'd call.

It's too bad our bags won't be put in our tents this year. I know some years I've had a hard time by the end of day one.

I got my email last night too. There's something in the event guide that they emailed out that says if you don't get the email, that there's somewhere on Saturday you can go and ask about the tent.

From reading everything, it does seem that they aren't putting the bags in the tents this year. That was always such a nice thing to see my bag there already! lol.
It's probably a lot of work though. Maybe they don't have enough people to do it.

Apparently the trucks are filled on a first come basis. Each truck will have a colour, so when you get to camp find your coloured truck and pick up your gear.

Bet our gear is going to feel 10x heavier when it gets to camp!

ha ha, I know it always felt 10 times heavier on Sunday morning taking it from the tent to the truck! :) My parents always grab my bag for me after closing, so I don't have to worry then. lol

Thanks everyone! I'm frustrated that I still have to go stand in line tomorrow morning, since I did the online checkin so long ago!

But, c'est la vie, and you always meet people standing in line around you :)
