Hello All,

This is the 2nd year walking for me, and last year I talked my sister (who lives in Southern Mexico) to join me this year. She is having great difficulty in raising her funds, I am scrambling to help raise her money...but it was all I could do this year to get mine.

I am hoping if any of you could help her out in any way, if you could direct any donations to her site or if you have any spare money that could be transferred to her.

I really do feel bad for her, she is making a special trip to Canada just in order to do the walk. Please if you can help us out??? Her name is Ashleigh McDowell...please visit her site.

Any help that you might be able to give would truly be appreciated.  I have managed to scramble another $200 for her but she is still about $400 short.  Any help that you might be able to give her would truly be appreciated.  You can donate to her site, her name is Ashleigh McDowell.  Again, thank you so very much...you truly are an angel.

Garden of hope has you covered with $400 - watch for our Sweep Van - it is the one with the white picket fence on the roof!

Garden of hope, you are amazing!!!  My sister and I can finally relax for the walk.  I truly do appreciate your generosity in helping us out, we are calling you our #2 Angel.  We will keep an eye out for your sweep van, and will try to get you to notice us when you go by.  We will both be wearing our pink hats as you can see from my pic on the email, and I have a white t-shirt with an iron on pink ribbon bra, and my hair is striped pink.  Wishing you all our best.....I can't wait, this is going to be fun!!  We are sending you 400 big hugs and kisses.

Wonderful energy!  We look forward to seeing that out there and seeing YOU BOTH out there!

It'll be difficult for us to spot you in the sea of people...so if you get the chance, come up and introduce yourselves.  We have three walkers out on the route (black t's with a Garden of Hope logo on the front left chest pocket), and 4 on crew (2 on Dora and 2 on Garden of Hope Sweep)....

Enjoy the journey!  WE ARE PUMPED!!!!!smile
