Our team is planning an exciting fundraiser in Algonquin park on June 25-28 called Canoeing for the Cure.  We will canoe through lakes and backwoods camp in the park, enjoying the tranquility and splendor of the great outdoors.

This 4 day/ 3 night get-away at Algonquin park promises to be full of fun and adventure.  Experienced guides from the McMaster University Outdoor Recreation program will help novices and experts alike explore the beauty of Algonquin Park.  This is an all-inclusive event so you will only need to bring your sleeping bag and adventurous spirit!

This event is NOT limited to McMaster University Staff and employees but is open to anyone wishing to attend.  We hope you decide to join us on this adventure and we look forward to seeing you.  It promises to be an event to remember!

That sounds like so much fun!! I love canoing!!! I believe that my husband is going to be selling his artwork at a festival that weekend though.

I hope you have tons of fun, nice weather, and as Nicole mention, not too many bugs. :)
