My team is trying to plan a euchre night/fundraiser. Any suggestions or tips on things we can do to raise lots of money? Did you have a party like this? What worked for you? Any suggestions of thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
Each table has a rule. such as no talking, - or must talk only when you stand up. etc. - and who ever breaks the rules has to pay, we did quarters. Make rules up as you go along too. - We had one in the summer and as everyone was on the front porch I yelled out that everyone that was on the porch was charged .25, everyone jumped off, so whoever jumped off had to pay double. Also had a loonie auction. Small donated items, everyone buys tickets and puts their ticket into the item them want, and only one person wins. - loonie toss, make up a big board with squares with something marked on everysquare - we had all beverages (that is what was donated) - have a couple large things - like LCBO bottle, or gift basket, everyone throws their loonies and whatever they land on they win, we even had coffee mugs with coffee packs, or tea cups with tea bags - chocolate bars, etc.
